Return Policy
Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return items in their original condition with the receipt and tags attached for a full refund (please note: shipping charges are not refundable). Exchanges will be credited back in the same form of payment received and then re-billed accordingly. Gift orders will be credited back to the original purchasers. If you wish to make an exchange, any additional charges and a shipping charge will be the responsibility of the customer and will be charged to the same form of payment used on the original purchase. If no receipt is returned with the merchandise, you will receive a gift card for the returned amount. All in-stock merchandise is shipped via UPS or USPS priority mail within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Please allow up to 7 business days for STANDARD delivery, and 3 business days for EXPEDITED. Shipping and handling charges are determined at the time of ordering. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CST, on weekends, or on holidays will not ship until the next business day. Shipping delays due to emergency conditions beyond our control are non-refundable. Orders that require special handling or multiple packages may require extra postage and a representative will contact you if necessary.
